What actually happens between landing and the first swim?

Four planned steps, each with a duration band and the date it was last checked, so vehicle class, child seats and luggage rules are settled before the flight is booked.

    Which passport validity window applies to us?

    Ask for the minimum validity counted from your return date, not your departure date. Turkey and Egypt apply different windows, so keep the answer in writing.

    Is an e-visa or a visa on arrival accepted for Ukrainian passports at our arrival airport?

    Name the exact airport and ask for confirmation for every passport in the family, including children.

  3. 03

    Does our child need a separate passport and a consent letter?

    Confirm notarised parental consent rules if one adult travels with the children, and check the letter's language requirements.

  4. 04

    Are there permits for the region our hotel sits in?

    If a domestic flight or long road transfer crosses regions, ask whether a permit or a specific entry point is required.

  5. 05

    Which health declarations or vaccinations are expected?

    Ask about the health form handed out on arrival and whether any vaccination certificate must be carried, not emailed.

  6. 06

    What exactly does all-inclusive exclude?

    Ask the hotel directly about imported drinks, a la carte restaurants, kids' club minimum age and hours, beach towels and late checkout.
